dead: both "WITH" & "TO"

The root-work of Christ (the Gospel) bears Spirit-fruit in us; by our reckoning ourselves as having both died with Christ and our being dead…

a) To the Law’s tyrannyhaving died, through the body of Christ, so that we may belong to another, to him who has been raised from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God (Rom 7:4).

b) To Sin’s dominionconsidering ourselves dead and alive to God in Christ Jesus (Rom 6:11).

c) To the World’s spirit…for, with Christ we died to the elemental spirits of the world, thus, we don’t live as if we were still alive in the world, by our not submitting to its superficially religious regulations (Col 2:20).
